: Elm Howe St Sunday Crag 14th October
A 26 yr old male in an outdoor centre group slipped on a rock and fell 50 ft below Pinnacle Ridge. The team were requested to attend by doctor. The group had self evacuated. Transferred to County Ambulance -
Youth falls from Striding edge: Striding Edge 11th October
A 17 year old man fell from Striding Edge sustaining leg injuries. He was treated on scene by team members and air ambulance paramedics before being evacuated by an RAF helicopter and flown to Carlisle Infirmary. -
: Patterdale, 10th October
Called by police to to search for a 16yr old local youth who was reported missing near to flood water. On attendance the youth had returned back to the farm house. The, First Responders and a county ambulance was also called. -
Place Fell Rescue: Hart Crag Place Fell 5th October
A 39 yr old female slipped and fractured her ankle. The team stretchered her off into Boredale to meet a Landrover ambulance. The casualty was transferred to a County ambulance at Pooley Bridge. Penrith MRT assisted with the carry off.

Rachael Moseley, aged 7, has completed her second C2C walk in aid of Patterdale MRT and is now planning for next year

Team News: Walking group raises over £1700 for rescuers 30th October
A rescued walker and her friends from Rosley near Wigton have just donated over £1700 to Patterdale MRT as a thank you for the Team’s work.

With the clocks going back over the first weekend of half term (early on Sunday morning 25 October), walkers are being reminded to be prepared for earlier darkness.
