: Striding Edge Helvellyn 24th June
Man fell and fractured his ankle. A second person also needed help due to being frightened of heights. Ist casualty airlifted to CIC. Team roped 2 other people off the fell. -
: Dollywagon Pike 3rd June
2 people called police saying they were on Dollywagon Pike. Phone signal dropped out. Team called to execute a search. Couple found unhurt it turned out that original report was for a rucksack they had seen and suspected someone had fallen.

Team News: Park Foot raises £700 for the Team with Jubilee Fun Day 28th June
Staff and visitors at Park Foot Caravan and Camping Park raised £700 for Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team over the Jubilee holiday. A special Family Fun Day included a duck race, a fun dog show, various stalls, a display by Silverband Falconry and a Tug of War that stretched the length of the site – at least 50-a-side.

Team News: Ullswater Steamers support £2,000 fundraising target 14th June
The Ullswater ‘Steamer’ company has kindly donated one of its boats and crew to Patterdale Mountain Rescue Association for a midsummer evening cruise on Thursday 24 June.
The Raven will leave Glenridding pier at 7.30pm prompt and tickets are now on sale, priced £15 including food and music, from Linda Burton of Lakeland Office on 01768 890604 or 01931 712958.
