24/08/08 Missing youth located Location: Glenridding Dodd / Sheffield Pike area
On Sunday 24th August 2008 Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team were called be Cumbria police to search for a missing 16 yr old from Wiltshire who had gone for an evening walk from a campsite in Glenridding and had become separated from his companions. As the search plan was being formulated and the team was assembling the missing person was located by a team member and returned to the group safe and well.
