A female fellwalker aged 62 suffered a fractured ankle when she slipped on ice. She was treated on the fell and stretchered to the valley for onward transport to Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle. |

A member of a visiting Mountain Rescue Team fractured his ankle whilst training. He was treated by one of the Patterdale doctors and was airlifted by a helicopter which was training with the Keswick team. |

A 45 year old male fell several hundred feet having slipped while climbing on snow out of the cove. He sustained lacerations and bruising but was otherwise OK. Stretchered out on steep snow. |

2 males (19 and 26) were climbing a snow gulley. One lost his ice axe and was unable to move on very steep hard snow pack. The other was able to completed the climb as he had crampons on The team climbed down from the summit and roped the man up to the top. They were guided back to Glenridding. |

A request was made from the police to evacuate a collie dog that had collapsed during a walk. The dog was carried off the hill by team members. |

A woman was concerned for the safety of her husband, daughter and 2 dogs that were walking on High Street. As the search was being activated a mobile phone call was received to say the were off the fell safe and well. |

Patterdale | The Team were called to the Red Tarn area of Helvellyn when a 49yr old female fell aprox 300 ft sutaining multiple injuries. She was airlifted from the scene by a helicopter from RAF Leconfiels and taken with the team doctor to the cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. |

Patterdale | A male left his party of one adult and two children at the start of Striding Edge to continue the circuit of Helvellyn summit and Swirral Edge. Arrangements were to meet later and descend together. The man missed the Swirral Edge descent and had to return by which time the rest of the party had descended via Greenside. The man returned to Patterdale and raised the alarm. The rest of his party were located by the team at Glenridding cold and wet. |
